Location: Pan India (LTIMindtree Offices)

Job description

- 3 to 8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Compensation application
- Implementing Oracle Cloud Compensation application enhancements and any related business process analysis configuration validation system integration and deployment
- End to end implementation and execution of Annual Workforce Compensation plan for 100 countries
- Working with technical team to modify the fast formulas or SQLs based on the country specific requirements
- Resolving issues identified during CRPs and UAT
- Working with Data team to ensure accurate employee data is loaded in the correct UDTs or External tables
- Working closely with technical team in case of any issues reported during or post annual campaign
- Also providing support on WFA related issues
