Role Description
The Holiday Sales Advisor (Long Haul & Short Haul) role is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur and Gurugram. The Advisor will be responsible for promoting and selling customized travel packages, managing bookings, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Location: Jaipur
- Experience Required: 1-5 Years
- Education: UG/Graduate/PG (in Tourism)
Key Responsibility Areas
- Connect with customers to understand holiday requirements for Long Haul & Short Haul Destinations(Europe, Nordic Region, Australia and New Zealand, Singapore, Dubai, Thailand).
- Design a customized itinerary based on customers requirements
- Ability to convince customers and deliver the assigned sales targets consistently
- Pro-actively identify new business opportunities to increase sales
- Represent company values while speaking to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Working with cross-functional teams like Ops, product and supply to achieve organizational goals
