Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate with the Gen-Corp and Start-up Advisory team at our office in Bengaluru The engagement would primarily involve - Advising the clients on various corporate and commercial laws technology laws and regulatory laws Providing legal counsel to startup clients on issues related to incorporation fundraising intellectual property contracts and regulatory compliance Drafting and reviewing contracts agreements advisories and other such related documents Handling investigations involving multiple investigative agencies Hand-holding the clients in various dispute resolution processes litigation including drafting pleadings replies appeals petitions etc before various forums Researching and writing articles white papers etc Requirements Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Law LLB from a college in Bengaluru and or proficiency in Kannada 0-1 years PQE of post-qualification experience in Gen-Corp or a Startup advisory team Strong Interest in Startup Law Skills Required Analytical Skills and Attention to Detail Strong Communication Skills both written and verbal Familiarity with Legal Issues and Regulations Ability to work well in a team environment Ability to read and write Kannada
