Responsibilities - Set up and adjust injection moulding machines according to production specifications. - Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production. - Ensure that moulds are maintained properly and perform routine maintenance on machines. - Calibrate and fine-tune machines to achieve optimal production rates and quality standards. - Collaborate with production supervisors and quality control teams to meet production targets and quality assurance guidelines. Skills and Qualifications - 3-5 years of experience in setting and operating injection moulding machines. - Strong understanding of injection moulding processes and mould design. - Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications. - Knowledge of quality control procedures and practices related to injection moulding. - Ability to perform routine maintenance and repairs on injection moulding equipment. - Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.
