Role Overview We are seeking a Viral Video & AI Content Specialist who can conceptualize, create, and scale viral short-form video content using AI tools for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. This role requires a mix of creativity, storytelling instincts, and technical skill in leveraging AI platforms for fast, high-quality content creation and trend amplification. Key Responsibilities1. Viral Video Creation & Strategy - Research and identify trending formats, sounds, and hooks on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. - Develop short, emotionally engaging, high-retention videos tailored to Gen Z audiences. - Use AI tools to generate ideas, scripts, visuals, and edits quickly and efficiently. - Craft narratives that align with Learn with Leaders’ mission and resonate with students, parents, and schools. 2. AI-Driven Content Production - Use AI video generation tools (Runway, Pika Labs, Synthesia, HeyGen, etc.) for rapid video creation. - Apply AI voiceover, subtitle, and translation tools to localize and scale global content. - Experiment with AI-based storytelling, music selection, and thumbnail generation to maximize reach. 3. Social Media Optimization - Optimize videos for engagement, retention, and virality through creative hooks, pacing, and captions. - Schedule and manage posting cadence across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. - A/B test headlines, thumbnails, and CTAs to drive followers, engagement, and conversions. - Collaborate with the digital team to align video strategy with program launches and events. 4. Analytics & Growth - Monitor performance metrics (views, retention, shares, comments, conversions). - Use analytics to refine video strategies and identify what works best for each platform. - Stay on top of viral trends and emerging AI tools for content creation and growth hacking. Required Skills & Experience - 2–5 years of experience in short-form content creation or social media marketing. - Proven success in creating viral content on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts. - Proficiency with AI video, design, and editing tools (Runway, Pika Labs, Descript, Midjourney, CapCut, etc.). - Understanding of visual storytelling, Gen Z culture, meme language, and emotional hooks. - Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret social analytics and optimize accordingly. Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with education, youth, or creative brands. - Familiarity with AI-generated avatars, voice cloning, and automation workflows for content scaling. - Basic video editing and motion graphics knowledge (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
