Job Description

This role is for a Sales cum Operation Executive for India's leading FMCG Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a blend of sales and operational tasks, including lead generation, client relationship management, and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals, specifically focusing on the Telangana and Andhra Pradesh Wheat Derivative Market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Operations

- Manage the order processing system, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock levels.
- Oversee logistics and distribution processes to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Prepare sales and operational reports for management review, highlighting key performance indicators.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and products.

Skills & Qualifications

- Any Graduation.
- Experience in lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
- Ability to conduct market research.
- Experience in order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in preparing sales and operational reports.
- Strong customer support skills.
