Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our growing team. In this leadership-driven role, you will oversee the design, deployment, and optimization of Microsoft Cloud and Security solutions, guiding a technical team to deliver world-class services. You will act as a subject matter expert across Azure, M365, Intune, security frameworks, automation, and incident response. You will drive solution architecture, mentor engineers, enforce best practices, and collaborate directly with customers to ensure successful technical outcomes. We Are Looking For - Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Azure services, Intune, and Microsoft Defender - Proven leadership with the ability to coach support engineers and drive performance - Solid experience in architecture, migrations, and security configuration - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with quick decision-making ability - Excellent communication skills for handling stakeholders and high-priority escalations - Ability to document processes and ensure technical quality standards are maintained - Key Responsibilities - Lead a team of support engineers delivering technical operations and escalations (L2/L3) - Architect, implement, and optimize Microsoft Cloud solutions — Azure, M365, Intune & Defender - Oversee identity security, endpoint compliance, and Zero Trust policy implementation - Drive complex incident resolution, RCA documentation, and infrastructure hardening - Perform cloud migrations, tenant configurations, automation, and service enhancements - Ensure SLA compliance, maintain dashboards, and provide improvement recommendations - Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and build internal best-practice frameworks - Collaborate with presales teams to support solution design, PoCs, and proposals - Build strong relationships with customers and ensure exceptional service delivery Good to Have - Microsoft Certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, SC-200, MS-102, etc.) - Experience with PowerShell, automation scripts, and secure deployment pipelines - Familiarity with SOC operations, compliance standards & SIEM tools - ITIL knowledge and understanding of service lifecycle workflow - Growth & Opportunities - Leadership advancement into roles like Cloud Architect or Security Lead - Participation in advanced cybersecurity and Microsoft expert-level training programs - Opportunity to lead enterprise-grade cloud transformation and security modernization initiatives - Recognition and reward model for innovation and high-impact delivery Work Mode & Schedule - Remote / Work From Home - 5-day working week What We Offer - Competitive salary + performance-based rewards - Opportunity to work with high-profile enterprise customers - Vibrant and supportive work culture encouraging skill-enhancement - Direct collaboration with senior leadership and architects Apply Now Interested candidates can send their CV to: jobs@cyvica.com | hr@cyvica.com
