As a CPA Delivery Associate you will manage and optimize CPA-based affiliate marketing campaigns specifically designed for mobile platforms You will support the execution tracking and optimization of mobile campaigns work with affiliates and collaborate with internal teams to drive mobile traffic conversions and revenue Key Responsibilities Qualifications Experience- 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing performance marketing or mobile marketing - Hands-on experience with CPA-based mobile campaigns CPI CPR CPT CPFT RT etc app installs in-app events etc Publisher Skills Knowledge - Familiarity with mobile marketing platforms and mobile performance metrics e g app installs cost-per-install in-app purchases - Proficient in mobile marketing platform MMP tools e g Appsflyer Branch Adjust Singular or similMobile Campaign Management Assist in the execution monitoring and optimization of CPA-based affiliate marketing campaigns for mobile platforms mobile apps mobile web etc with web platformsAffiliate Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with mobile-focused affiliate partners to ensure smooth campaign execution and long-term success Performance Tracking and Reporting Monitor and analyze mobile campaign performance focusing on CPA models and report on key metrics such as CPI CPR CPT CPFT RT etc app installs in-app purchases or other mobile-specific actions Optimization of Mobile Campaigns Proactively suggest optimizations to improve CPA conversion rates and overall ROI of mobile desktop campaigns Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams Work closely with marketing product and design teams to ensure alignment on mobile campaign goals and creative requirements Mobile Analytics and Insights Use mobile-focused analytics tools to track analyze and provide actionable insights into the performance of campaigns Compliance Quality Control Ensure that all mobile affiliate activities meet industry guidelines and company standards for mobile marketing Content Coordination for Mobile Campaigns Coordinate with the content team to create and optimize mobile-specific assets such as banners app store descriptions or landing pages to support mobile affiliate partners Onboarding and Training Assist in onboarding new mobile affiliates provide necessary training on mobile campaigns and ensure they understand the required performance goals ar tools - Experience with mobile advertising platforms like Google Ads Facebook Ads or mobile ad networks Analytical Skills - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret mobile campaign data and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance Communication Collaboration - Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and maintain relationships with affiliates and internal teams Organizational Skills - Ability to do multitasking campaigns simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and optimization ref updazz com
