How will you contribute to the team Objective Of Role: Develop and sustain a learning ecosystem for the APAC organization through the execution of appropriate Learning and Talent Development. Thereby proactively supporting the organization in delivering their growth plan. Responsibilities: - As the Senior L&TD Advisor, your responsibilities will include: - Support the delivery of the overall L&TD priorities for India and the larger APAC region - Manage some of the global programs for the region. These could include but are not limited to our Graduate programs, Leadership programs, Annual People Processes etc. This would include their end-to-end deployment, evaluating effectiveness and partnering with the corporate and regional teams. - Develop a learning culture and awareness of L&TD initiatives in the business. Design and lead regional initiatives to promote this agenda. - Consolidate and validate nominations for our various global and local programs. Ensuring key principles around budget and cost optimization, diversity, and inclusion as well and rigor around eligibility parameters are managed. - Manage, create or curate bespoke training programmes that are aligned with the organisation's objectives. - Ensure deployment of appropriate training techniques and tools including e-learning, in-person/ virtual and embrace any current or future trends. - Advise, engage and partner with the HR Partners, Business and the Leadership team to identify the training need and align programs to business expectations and outcomes - Build and maintain relationships with international and regionally based internal and external L&D partners. - Be part of Global L&TD projects and participate in the global L&TD calls (at different time zones). Take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others in the workplace. Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements. Education Skills And Experience: - Post Graduate degree preferrable in HR - Additional certifications in L&TD will be an advantage - Strong verbal and written English communication skills. - Good program/project management skills and detail oriented - Prior work experience in multi-nationals would be an advantage - Experience in facilitating, content design and delivery, understanding Training styles and experience working on Learning platforms - 10 + years work experience, with at least 4 years as an L&D/Talent specialist role. - Open to work from office all days of the week (with limited hybrid option), mobile and open to travel within India - Highly motivated with ability to work independently - Results oriented. - Self-starter. - Resourceful and Innovative - Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills - Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders. - Ability to work and deliver under pressure. - Adaptability to change. - Competent in MS Office, especially MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint. Experience working on - Workday, Teams and various facilitation tools will be an advantage. - Role is based in Bangalore with possible travel to our other local / international offices.
