Now, were looking for a Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into visuals that stand out, elevate brand storytelling, and push the boundaries of design across digital and traditional platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social media strategies for client brands across platforms
- Plan and manage content calendars tailored to diverse industries.
- Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs) that align with each clients brand identity.
- Monitor trends, competitor activities, and industry updates to keep campaigns fresh and innovative.
- Run and optimize paid campaigns to achieve client objectives (reach, engagement, conversions).
- Track performance metrics and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
- Manage community engagement responding to comments, messages, and building brand communities.
- Collaborate with internal design, content, and strategy teams to deliver campaigns on time.
- Build and maintain influencer/partner collaborations where relevant.

Preferred Background:

- 2 to 4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in agency, production, or startup environments.
- Experience working on brand campaigns and digital-first content.
- Strong knowledge of major social platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent content writing and creative storytelling skills.
- Basic design/video editing skills.
- Experience with paid ads.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
