Key Responsibilities:

Technical Analysis & Problem Solving:

- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate engineering solutions.
- Identify technical issues and recommend effective, innovative solutions.

Design & Documentation:

- Develop technical diagrams, schematics, flowcharts, and supporting documentation.
- Design and develop new products or systems in line with customer and project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

Research & Development:

- Conduct research on new technologies and assess their application for improving current processes or products.
- Evaluate existing technologies for optimization or repurposing opportunities.

Project Support & Cost Estimation:

- Prepare proposals for new projects, including cost estimation and scheduling.
- Evaluate project results to ensure alignment with technical and financial expectations.

Team Collaboration & Mentorship:

- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and assist them in delivering project milestones.
- Work collaboratively across departments to drive technical excellence and project success.
