The Opportunity

Join Adobe as a Principal Engineering Program Manager, an outstanding role where you will drive programs within our Digital Enablement and Care team where we help millions of users finds success and achieve goals with Adobe Products, enabling them quickly to get help . With full ownership of programs from start to finish, this position offers an outstanding chance to influence product experience, priorities, and roadmaps while working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. What you'll Do

- Lead cross-functional initiatives to transform Help Content into a modular format that improves product adoption and user experience.
- Collaborate with Category Leads to amplify the Voice of Customer (VoC) and define priorities.
- Manage delivery of programs for content excellence to deliver high-quality content, services.
- Manage programs to roll out LLM based tools for content authors and editors to improve content creation and curation.
- Collaborate with vendors to invest in tools and technologies that improve speed, quality, and responsiveness across social and community channels.
- Expand operational capacity by scaling vendor partnerships and accelerating delivery timelines.

Core Responsibilities

- Program Management: This job involves merging technical expertise, leadership qualities, and teamwork to attain organizational objectives within specific timelines and quality criteria.

- Communication: Provide clear and consistent updates to executive leadership, stakeholders, and teams regarding program progress, achievements, and challenges.
- Execution: Coordinate multiple concurrent programs, varying in size/scope/complexity, spanning across several different teams, roles and organization
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance program management processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentorship and Leadership: Serve as a mentor and guide for other program managers, fostering growth and development within the team.

What you need to succeed

- 10-12+ years of technical program management experience leading cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of engineering processes, product development life cycles, and technical concepts.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking, applying metrics and data for recommendations and process improvements.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage collaborators at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering (Master's degree or equivalent experience is a plus).
- Relevant certifications in project/program management, such as PMP or PgMP.
- Proven knowledge of portfolio, resource, and process management.
