Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Customer Success Manager located in Pune. The intern will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, retaining customers, and building strong relationships with clients. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, analyzing customer data, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the overall customer experience. Additionally, the intern will assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and delivering training and support to clients.

Qualifications

- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention, and Customer Service skills
- Analytical Skills for interpreting customer data and identifying trends
- Strong Relationship Building abilities to maintain and expand client relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience in customer service or related fields is beneficial
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
