About Creative Synergies Group: - Global technology services company - 40+ Fortune 500 clients - 95% revenue from US, Europe, Japan based customers. - Current Verticals: Transportation, Energy/Process Industry, Industrial Products, Hi-Tech - Product Engineering Services (PES): Digital, Embedded, Mechanical Services - Plant Engineering Services (Oil & Gas/ Process / Chemical Industries) - Manufacturing Engineering Services (Discrete Manufacturing Industries) - Founded by former Michigan State University professor, former Wipro (NYSE: WIT) EDS Chief Executive and serial entrepreneur Dr. Mukesh Gandhi - Locations: Headquartered in the U.S., multiple centers of delivery excellence in India (Bengaluru, Pune), branch offices in Germany, the U.K, the Netherlands, and Japan. - Culture: Creative is run on a culture of positivity, entrepreneurial spirit, customer centricity, teamwork, and meritocracy Role: AutoCAD Plant 3D-Admin Experience: 10-20 Years Responsibilities: - Strong knowledge of IT systems (Client Operating systems, Server configuration, Software installation and configurations) Setting up project in Global Work share and Standalone environment - Install, configure and set up Plant 3D/CAD Worx in conjunction with the information manager of the assignment project(s) - Interfacing with IT operations for the 3D Administration support architecture - Good knowledge of P&ID, Piping layouts, GA drawings, Piping BOM, Piping Isos and Spool Drawings. - Responsible for setting up a project set-up, discipline mapping, piping specification development, CADD libraries, project drawing templates & Reports. - Create digital specs, build user-shapes and develop pipe support assemblies - Building and editing digital models in a 3D environment and assisting the generation of 2D drawings across all disciplines - Development of I-Configure and ISOGEN to create ISO styles to help manage and keep projects running efficiently - Maintain and verify daily backup routines - Generate the Clash Report periodically for 30%, 60% & 90% Model Review requirements and resolve the False clashes - Generation of Material Take Off for Piping Components, Valves, Steel, Instruments, Trays etc. - Maintain Log of Unresolved Operational Issues Associated with E3D and provide resolution after discussions Clients - Create Model Review File Daily to Enable Engineering & Project Management Team to Have a Detailed Model Review. - To Maintain Report of Changes Made During the Updating of the Project in the Catalogue and Specification - Proficient in setup and integration of 3D Design Review Tools of such as Smart Plant Review, Navisworks etc. Software Expertise: - Plant 3D / CAD Worx - AutoCAD / MicroStation
