About Creative Synergies Group:Global technology services company40+ Fortune 500 clients95% revenue from US, Europe, Japan based customers.Current Verticals: Transportation, Energy/Process Industry, Industrial Products, Hi-TechProduct Engineering Services (PES): Digital, Embedded, Mechanical ServicesPlant Engineering Services (Oil & Gas/ Process / Chemical Industries)Manufacturing Engineering Services (Discrete Manufacturing Industries)Founded by former Michigan State University professor, former Wipro (NYSE: WIT) EDS Chief Executive and serial entrepreneur Dr. Mukesh GandhiLocations: Headquartered in the U.S., multiple centers of delivery excellence in India (Bengaluru, Pune), branch offices in Germany, the U.K, the Netherlands, and Japan.Culture: Creative is run on a culture of positivity, entrepreneurial spirit, customer centricity, teamwork, and meritocracyRole: AutoCAD Plant 3D-AdminExperience: 10 -20 YearsResponsibilities:Strong knowledge of IT systems (Client Operating systems, Server configuration, Software installation and configurations) Setting up project in Global Work share and Standalone environmentInstall, configure and set up Plant 3D/CAD Worx in conjunction with the information manager of the assignment project(s)Interfacing with IT operations for the 3D Administration support architectureGood knowledge of P&ID, Piping layouts, GA drawings, Piping BOM, Piping Isos and Spool Drawings.Responsible for setting up a project set-up, discipline mapping, piping specification development, CADD libraries, project drawing templates & Reports.Create digital specs, build user-shapes and develop pipe support assembliesBuilding and editing digital models in a 3D environment and assisting the generation of 2D drawings across all disciplinesDevelopment of I-Configure and ISOGEN to create ISO styles to help manage and keep projects running efficientlyMaintain and verify daily backup routinesGenerate the Clash Report periodically for 30%, 60% & 90% Model Review requirements and resolve the False clashesGeneration of Material Take Off for Piping Components, Valves, Steel, Instruments, Trays etc.Maintain Log of Unresolved Operational Issues Associated with E3D and provide resolution after discussions ClientsCreate Model Review File Daily to Enable Engineering & Project Management Team to Have a Detailed Model Review.To Maintain Report of Changes Made During the Updating of the Project in the Catalogue and SpecificationProficient in setup and integration of 3D Design Review Tools of such as Smart Plant Review, Navisworks etc.Software Expertise :Plant 3D / CAD WorxAutoCAD / MicroStation
