Job Title Civil Site Engineer Location Kumbakonam Job Type Full-time Experience Level Fresher Experience Industry Construction Civil Engineering Reporting To Project Manager Site Manager Job Summary We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Site Engineer to manage and oversee construction projects at site level The ideal candidate will ensure work is executed efficiently safely and in compliance with project plans specifications and timelines Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities Interpret and review construction drawings plans and specifications Ensure materials tools and equipment are available and correctly used Monitor daily progress and prepare site reports for stakeholders Coordinate with subcontractors architects consultants and other project team members Ensure compliance with safety health and environmental regulations Resolve any unexpected technical issues or problems that may arise Conduct quality control checks to ensure work is up to standard Assist in the preparation of project schedules and budgets Communicate regularly with project managers regarding progress and issues Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field Knowledge of construction methods materials and legal regulations Proficient in AutoCAD MS Office and other engineering software Strong organizational problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Knowledge of safety management and quality standards Valid driver s license if site travel is required Preferred Certification in Project Management PMP or similar is a plus Familiarity with project management software Primavera MS Project Working Conditions Work is primarily on-site at construction locations May involve travel extended hours and exposure to outdoor elements Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Volunteer Pay 10 000 00 - 12 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
