- Achieve assigned sales targets and drive profitability through the Agency Channel.
- Provide agents with regular updates on product enhancements and market trends.
- Conduct regular reviews and performance assessments for channel partners.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 1& above of experience in sales, preferably in the Agency Channel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented individual.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
