Role Overview: We are seeking a strategic, tech-savvy, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to drive our digital initiatives. This part-time, remote role and an exciting opportunity to elevate Codinix's digital presence, lead generation, and B2B engagement through technically informed marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy Development: - Design and execute full-funnel B2B digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on client acquisition, CRM integration, and service promotion across cloud and IT domains. Technical SEO & SEM Management: - Experience in IT consulting, cloud services, or digital transformation companies Marketing Automation: - Design automated workflows using tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Zoho Campaigns to nurture leads, run drip campaigns, and optimize the sales funnel based on user behavior. Analytics & Tag Management: - Implement and manage Google Tag Manager, track user journeys, and generate performance dashboards using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Data Studio, and CRM analytics tools. Conversion Optimization (CRO): - Apply A/B testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, VWO) to improve landing page performance and lead conversion from targeted digital campaigns. Technical Content Oversight: - Work with technical teams and copywriters to produce high-impact content (case studies, whitepapers, solution briefs) related to cloud computing, CRM implementations, and enterprise IT solutions. Website and CMS Collaboration: - Coordinate with developers to manage updates to the corporate website, ensuring optimized loading speeds, responsive design, and proper indexing. Required Qualifications: - Experience in IT consulting, cloud services, or digital transformation companies - Bachelor's degree in marketing, IT, Business, or related field. - 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on B2B SaaS, IT services, and enterprise technology. - Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog), and CRM systems like Salesforce or Zoho. - Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, marketing automation platforms, and lead scoring models. - Strong understanding of technical SEO, structured data, and digital performance metrics. - Ability to work cross-functionally with development and sales teams. Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Zoho, or NetSuite integration workflows. - Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript for troubleshooting or on-page enhancements. - Certifications in Google Ads, GA4, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
