We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare reports for management.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 4-8 years of proven experience in sales or business development.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
