The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support sales objectives.. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote real estate projects and enhance brand visibility. - Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online ads. - Manage offline marketing activities such as hoardings, print media, events, roadshows, and exhibitions. - Create and manage engaging content, brochures, videos, and marketing collateral aligned with project branding. - Collaborate with the sales team to design and execute lead generation strategies and monitor conversion rates. - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities and trends. - Build and maintain relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and vendors. - Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure ROI-driven campaigns. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements. - Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve organizational goals. Requirements: - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum 8–10 years of experience in marketing, real estate preferred. - Proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, and lead generation. - Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and customer behavior. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in marketing tools & platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM software, SEO tools). - Creative thinker with strong analytical and project management skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
