Company Description Resillion is the only Total Quality solutions company combining quality engineering cyber security conformance and interoperability and content quality control We are a strategic partner ensuring digital resilience and quality assurance across the full digital lifecycle Our solutions combine human insight with advanced AI to deliver scalable future-ready solutions that support trusted performance from concept to launch With deep expertise across media telecoms energy finance banking manufacturing logistics and government we support clients in navigating regulatory complexity reducing risk and accelerating innovation Our global team of 700 experts spans Europe the UK the USA India and China www resillion com Job Title Cyber Security Manager Architect Experience range 12-15 Years Location Bangalore Hybrid Mode Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cyber Security Manager to join our team in Bangalore The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity with proven expertise in managing Security Operations Centers SOC penetration testing red team consulting and leading technical teams This role also requires hands-on involvement in client solutioning pre-sales and commercial activities The position offers a hybrid work environment combining remote flexibility with on-site collaboration Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 13-15 cybersecurity professionals ensuring high performance continuous development and effective collaboration Oversee the operations of the Security Operations Center SOC ensuring timely detection response and mitigation of security threats Provide technical leadership in penetration testing and red team exercises ensuring the highest standards of security assessment and threat simulation Act as a subject matter expert in cybersecurity delivering technical solutions and guidance to clients across various industries Engage in pre-sales activities including requirement gathering solution design presentations and proposal development for cybersecurity offerings Support sales and commercial teams by providing technical expertise participating in client meetings and contributing to business development strategies Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends threat landscapes and emerging technologies to ensure best-in-class security practices Establish and enforce cybersecurity policies procedures and standards in alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements Foster a culture of security awareness and continuous improvement within the team and the broader organization Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Information Security or related field 12-15 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity with a strong track record in SOC management penetration testing and red teaming Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring teams of 10 members Extensive experience in client-facing roles providing technical solutions and consulting services Proven involvement in sales pre-sales and commercial activities within the cybersecurity domain Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills Relevant certifications such as CISSP CISM CEH OSCP or equivalent are highly desirable Strong problem-solving abilities analytical mindset and a proactive approach to security challenges Preferred Skills Experience working in a hybrid work environment and managing distributed teams Familiarity with regulatory frameworks e g ISO 27001 NIST GDPR and security compliance Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement in cybersecurity practices Business acumen and ability to align security initiatives with organizational objectives Additional Information Why Join Us Be part of a global company driving innovation in quality engineering Collaborate with a team of industry-leading professionals Contribute to meaningful digital transformation projects Resillion is an equal opportunity employer We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees
