The Operational Risk Management - Retail Assets role is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks associated with retail banking products. The candidate will work closely with various departments to enhance risk management practices and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

- Identify, assess, and manage operational risks associated with retail assets.
- Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance risk mitigation strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports on risk exposure and mitigation measures for senior management.
- Provide training and guidance on operational risk management to staff members.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-8 years of experience in operational risk management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
- Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the financial industry.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
