Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Adobe Analytics Engineering Reporting Audience Manager and Adobe Target. This role involves managing projects in a hybrid work model with a focus on planning and delivery. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving project success and contributing to the companys growth. Responsibilities - Oversee the planning and execution of projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope. - Utilize Adobe Analytics Engineering to analyze data and provide actionable insights for decision-making. - Implement Adobe Analytics Reporting to track project performance and identify areas for improvement. - Leverage Adobe Audience Manager to optimize audience segmentation and targeting strategies. - Employ Adobe Target to personalize user experiences and enhance customer engagement. - Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing needs and priorities. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. - Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes. - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all project activities. - Provide regular updates to senior management on project status challenges and achievements. - Foster a collaborative team environment to encourage innovation and continuous improvement. - Drive the adoption of best practices in project management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications - Possess strong technical skills in Adobe Analytics Engineering Reporting Audience Manager and Adobe Target. - Demonstrate proficiency in project and program management planning and delivery. - Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. - Show a proven track record of successful project management in a hybrid work environment. - Display strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex project challenges. - Have a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Certifications Required Adobe Certified Expert in Adobe Analytics PMP Certification preferred.
