Job Description We are actively seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Strategist to join our client's team through Acme Services. This pivotal role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies, managing all content requirements, and driving advertising campaigns to align with business goals. The ideal candidate will be adept at generating engaging content, monitoring performance analytics, and staying ahead of industry trends to ensure a compelling and effective online presence. Key Responsibilities - Content Strategy & Execution: Lead the planning and execution of all content, creative, and video requirements by coordinating seamlessly with the Creative Agency. You'll be responsible for the daily creation, editing, publishing, and sharing of engaging content (e.g., photos, videos, and creatives). Ensure high image quality and that captions and content are consistently creative and engaging. - Social Media Strategy Development: Design and implement a robust social media strategy that effectively aligns with overall business goals. - Live Content Generation: Actively cover events, launches, and other key activities to generate dynamic and timely content for social platforms. - Content Repurposing & Innovation: Re-share existing content on social platforms in innovative and interesting ways, including new and old favorites, as well as seasonal delights, to maximize reach and engagement. - Social Media Advertising: Responsible for creating and managing social media advertising campaigns to effectively promote products and services. - Performance Monitoring & Analytics: Monitor analytics diligently, tracking and analyzing the performance of social media accounts, including engagement, reach, and follower growth. Utilize this data to inform future social media strategies and tactics. - Trend Awareness & Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices in the relevant industry (e.g., bakery industry, if applicable to the client) to ensure that social media accounts remain relevant and effective. Skills - Strong ability in planning and executing content, creative, and video requirements. - Expertise in designing and implementing social media strategies aligned with business goals. - Proficiency in covering events, launches for content generation. - Skilled at generating, editing, publishing, and sharing engaging content daily. - A keen eye for high image quality and crafting creative/engaging captions and content. - Innovative approach to re-sharing existing content. - Experience in creating and managing social media advertising campaigns. - Competence in monitoring and analyzing social media analytics (engagement, reach, follower growth). - Ability to stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices. Qualifications - Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or a similar role focused on content and campaign management. - Demonstrable track record of growing social media presence and achieving marketing objectives. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong creative flair.
