Job Description Job Description Senior Architect (US Projects) Location: Gurugram | Experience: 1015+ years | Mandatory: Strong US project experience Role Overview We are hiring a client-facing Senior Architect who will act as the face of the company for all US-based hospitality/residential projects. This role requires someone who is still actively designing buildings (not only managing teams) and is an expert in US codes, site standards, and design practices. Key Responsibilities Lead client meetings and represent the company from the first interaction. Develop concept designs based on US site conditions, zoning, codes, and client inputs. Work with the internal team to convert concepts into detailed and final drawings. Ensure all designs comply with US building codes, ADA, zoning, and local authority requirements. Coordinate with design, business, and consultant teams throughout the project lifecycle. Review, refine, and finalize drawings before client submissions. Strict Eligibility Criteria (Must-Haves) 1015+ years of architectural experience, with minimum 78 years on US projects. Demonstrated expertise in US hospitality/residential design. Strong portfolio showing active design work (not supervision-only). Deep knowledge of US codes, ADA, zoning, planning standards. Excellent client communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape/Lumion, Adobe Suite. Ideal Candidate Someone who enjoys designing and stays hands-on. Confident in leading clients and representing the company. Strong in converting requirements into clear, feasible design directions. Detail-oriented, accountable, and quality-driven.
