We have partnered with clients across multiple industries such as commercial, residential, healthcare, education, industrial, civil infrastructure, and hospitality. Our global delivery centers are located in Gurugram (Delhi NCR) and Jaipur (Rajasthan), with a strong presence in North America through Intec Americas Inc. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Senior Landscape Architect. The Senior Landscape Architect will be responsible for planning and designing landscapes, developing planting plans, and overseeing landscaping projects. They will collaborate with clients and other team members to create sustainable and aesthetically pleasing landscape solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting site analyses, preparing design proposals, and ensuring project execution aligns with client expectations and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage BIM models for landscape architecture projects. - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate landscape designs into overall project models. - Ensure BIM models are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with industry standards. - Produce detailed drawings, schedules, and documentation from BIM models. - Participate in project meetings and provide technical support related to BIM. - Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and best practices. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture, Architecture, or a related field is Mandatory. - Masters's degree in landscape architecture is preferred. - Proficiency in AutoCAD is Mandatory. - Understanding of BIM and software such as Revit, Navisworks, Sketchup most preferred. - Strong understanding of landscape design principles and practices. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. - Experience with clash detection and resolution in a BIM environment is a plus.
