Role Overview As our Content Creator, you’ll bring the Generally Critical voice to life across platforms. You’ll create scroll-stopping, thought-provoking, and share-worthy content that helps professionals discover our brand and believe in our mission. From explaining frameworks like Porter’s Five Forces in 60 seconds, to crafting founder-style storytelling posts on LinkedIn — you’ll be the voice behind how the world experiences GC. What You’ll Do - Create short-form video content (LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) around startup thinking, simulations, and real-world frameworks. - Write LinkedIn threads, blog posts, and email stories that make complex ideas feel simple and actionable. - Collaborate with the Product & Program teams to translate learning experiences into viral storytelling. - Plan and execute content calendars aligned with product launches and campaigns. - Track performance, run experiments, and constantly refine tone, hooks, and formats. What You’ll Bring - 1–2 years of experience in content creation, brand storytelling, or social media marketing (edtech/startup experience is a plus). - Strong understanding of platforms — especially LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. - Ability to script, shoot, and edit short videos (basic tools like CapCut or Descript work). - Excellent writing skills — crisp, relatable, and high on insight. - A genuine interest in startups, learning, and storytelling.
