Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct deep-dive sessions with clients to identify and understand business problems, ensuring a comprehensive grasp of project requirements.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions.
3. Work closely with USA-based customers and accounts, fostering strong relationships and understanding the nuances of the local market.
4. Take a lead role in product development initiatives at an enterprise level, ensuring alignment with client expectations and industry best practices.
5. Develop and maintain detailed business requirements documentation, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Implement effective feedback strategies for clients, facilitating continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
7. Articulate complex problem statements into practical technology solutions, ensuring clear communication and understanding across all stakeholders.
8. Collaborate with the development team to ensure a seamless transition from business requirements to technical implementation.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a Business Analyst role, specifically in product development initiatives at an enterprise level.
- Hands-on experience working with USA-based customers and accounts, demonstrating cultural understanding and effective communication.
- In-depth knowledge of best practices for documentation, requirement gathering, and feedback strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate business needs into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
