The ideal candidate will come exclusively from the education industry, with a proven track record in managing end-to-end admissions, building consultant networks, and achieving enrollment targets in management programs. Key Responsibilities - Strategize, plan, and execute annual admission drives for MBA/PGDM programs. - Develop and strengthen consultant, corporate, and institutional partnerships for quality admissions. - Lead and mentor the admissions team to achieve defined targets. - Work closely with the digital marketing team to effectively handle digital leads and ensure conversion into confirmed admissions. - Conduct market analysis to identify new regions and segments for student outreach. - Represent the institution at education fairs, events, and industry interactions. - Ensure a seamless, transparent, and student-focused admission process. Candidate Profile - Must be from the education industry (mandatory). - Minimum 5 years of experience in MBA/PGDM admissions. - Strong experience in digital lead management and conversions. - Established network of education consultants and institutional partners. - Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. - Strategic, result-oriented, and highly organized professional.
