Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Manager, located in Chennai. The Administrative Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing office activities, coordinating between different departments, and ensuring seamless communication. Additional responsibilities include managing schedules, supervising the administrative staff, supporting strategic initiatives, and maintaining organizational policies and records. The role also requires efficient resource management and ensuring compliance with company guidelines. Qualifications - Strong organizational and time management skills to manage office operations and schedules - Proficiency in coordination and communication for effective interdepartmental collaboration - Leadership and team management abilities to supervise administrative staff - Experience in resource management and maintaining compliance with organizational policies - Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and multitask effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field - Previous experience in administrative or management roles is preferred
