Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Manager, located in Chennai. The Administrative Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing office activities, coordinating between different departments, and ensuring seamless communication. Additional responsibilities include managing schedules, supervising the administrative staff, supporting strategic initiatives, and maintaining organizational policies and records. The role also requires efficient resource management and ensuring compliance with company guidelines. Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills to manage office operations and schedulesProficiency in coordination and communication for effective interdepartmental collaborationLeadership and team management abilities to supervise administrative staffExperience in resource management and maintaining compliance with organizational policiesProficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to adapt to dynamic environments and multitask effectivelyBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related fieldPrevious experience in administrative or management roles is preferred
