Role Overview:
We’re looking for a smart and detail-oriented Intern in Payroll & HR Operations to support our US team. This is a great opportunity to build hands-on experience in global payroll, onboarding, and HR processes, while working closely with experienced mentors.
Responsibilities:
- Support the US payroll process with accurate data entry and reporting.
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding US mentors and ensure smooth documentation.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll and HR policies.
- Maintain HR records, spreadsheets, and communication tasks.
- Contribute to small projects and process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or related fields (freshers welcome).
- Strong with numbers, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills (written & verbal).
- Willingness to work night shift (6 PM – 3 AM IST).
- Eager to learn global HR & payroll practices.
