Job Description Job Description Join our dynamic Systems Engineering and Architecture team within the Femto Tribe at Nokia's MW and CSN business unit, where you'll drive the development of cutting-edge 5G Small Cells and Smart Nodes How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn - You will develop and analyze OAM functionality and interfaces aligned with the 3GPP stack standards. - You will leverage your knowledge of 3GPP principles across multiple RATs to enhance core network performance. - You will collaborate across teams, applying your analytical skills to solve complex technical challenges. - You will engage in proactive problem-solving, driving innovation in product development and deployment. - You will communicate effectively with stakeholders in a multi-site environment, facilitating knowledge transfer. - You will mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration within the team. Key Skills And Experience You have: - Bachelor/Masters degree in Electronic/Computer Science/Engineering with 15+ years of relevant experience on Telco-grade products - Proficient in programming with C and C++ to analyze and understand code - Development experience in 4G and 5G areas and understanding of OAM functionality and interfaces to 3GPP stack - Excellent networking and communication skills in a multi-site environment It would be nice if you also had: - You will utilize your experience as a Systems Engineer to influence system architecture and design decisions. - Strong development experience in the wireless domain, particularly in OAM areas About Us Come create the technology that helps the world act together Nokia is committed to innovation and technology leadership across mobile, fixed and cloud networks.
