Job Description
Join our dynamic Systems Engineering and Architecture team within the Femto Tribe at Nokia's MW and CSN business unit, where you'll drive the development of cutting-edge 5G Small Cells and Smart Nodes

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

  • You will develop and analyze OAM functionality and interfaces aligned with the 3GPP stack standards.
  • You will leverage your knowledge of 3GPP principles across multiple RATs to enhance core network performance.
  • You will collaborate across teams, applying your analytical skills to solve complex technical challenges.
  • You will engage in proactive problem-solving, driving innovation in product development and deployment.
  • You will communicate effectively with stakeholders in a multi-site environment, facilitating knowledge transfer.
  • You will mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration within the team.

Key Skills And Experience
You have:

  • Bachelor/Masters degree in Electronic/Computer Science/Engineering with 15+ years of relevant experience on Telco-grade products
  • Proficient in programming with C and C++ to analyze and understand code
  • Development experience in 4G and 5G areas and understanding of OAM functionality and interfaces to 3GPP stack
  • Excellent networking and communication skills in a multi-site environment

It would be nice if you also had:

  • You will utilize your experience as a Systems Engineer to influence system architecture and design decisions.
  • Strong development experience in the wireless domain, particularly in OAM areas
