Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Noida. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include prospecting new clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience and excellent negotiation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage client relationships and follow through with customer service
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure products such as CCTV systems, fire alarms, cloud setups
- Capability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Experience in the IT industry or related field is a plus
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
