Key Responsibilities - Coordinate and oversee programs and projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, deliverables, and quality standards. - Work directly with the CEO to support strategic initiatives and business operations. - Manage project billing, invoicing, and financial tracking. - Handle scheduling, calendar management, and daily coordination for the CEO. - Build and maintain strong client relationships by addressing queries and ensuring satisfaction. - Prepare reports, presentations, and business analyses to aid executive decision-making. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth program execution and alignment. - Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field. - 2–5 years of proven experience in program coordination, business analysis, project management, or executive support. - Extraordinary verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic environment. - Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools and project management software. - Professional, detail-oriented, and proactive approach.
