Lead Generation and Qualification Proactively identify and contact potential customers using tools such as CRM, outbound calling, LinkedIn, and email marketing. Qualify inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals. Understand customer needs and evaluate how the company's products or services can meet those requirements. Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and follow up regularly to convert them into sales opportunities. 2. Customer Engagement and Communication Initiate and manage conversations with prospective clients through phone calls, video calls, emails, and messaging platforms. Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand client pain points, budgets, timelines, and decision-making processes. Provide detailed product or service information, share presentations, brochures, demos, and pricing details. Answer customer queries, address objections, and guide them through the buying process. 3. Sales Closure and Follow-up Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and pricing documents. Negotiate terms and pricing under guidance and close deals with clients after approvals. Ensure timely documentation and coordination for onboarding or delivery of services/products. Follow up after sales to ensure client satisfaction, and upsell or cross-sell as appropriate. 4. CRM and Data Management Accurately record all interactions, lead progress, and sales activities in the CRM system. Maintain updated customer databases, deal stages, and contact information. Use analytics and reports from CRM tools to track sales performance, conversion rates, and customer feedback. 5. Collaboration and Coordination Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead quality, messaging, and targeting strategies. Coordinate with pre-sales, product, technical, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of deals. Provide feedback to product and customer support teams on client experiences and suggestions for improvement. 6. Targets and Performance Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets as assigned by the Sales Manager. Monitor performance using KPIs such as number of calls made, emails sent, demos scheduled, and deals closed. Stay motivated and maintain high levels of productivity even in high-pressure environments. 7. Market and Product Knowledge Develop a deep understanding of the company's products/services, value propositions, and competitive advantages. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
