Location: Pune (Bavdhan)

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview:

We are looking for an HR Executive / Sr. Executive to manage employee experience, oversee onboarding and offboarding, coordinate global initiatives, support learning programs, and contribute to HR analytics and planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding workflows, including global onboarding programs and 30/60/90-day check-ins.

• Coordinate and support training & development initiatives, including scheduling, logistics, and feedback tracking.

• Administer Learning Management Systems (e.g., Udemy, LinkedIn Learning).

• Drive employee engagement and recognition programs, including wellness campaigns (e.g., R-I-Appreciate, Employee Assistance Programs).

• Lead activities related to Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification renewal and ensure timely execution of action items.

• Compile and maintain HR dashboards, MIS reports, and people analytics for leadership insights.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for HRMS implementation and helpdesk coordination (e.g., Keka).

• Organize and manage feedback loops and continuous improvement initiatives based on employee inputs from engagement activities.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of HR operations, employee experience, and HRMS systems (Keka preferred).

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management ability.

• Analytical and logical thinking.

• Proficiency in MS Excel.

• High ownership with attention to detail.

• Ability to manage events and campaigns with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 5–8 years of experience in HR Operations / Employee Engagement / L&D.

• Prior experience in HRMS implementation and employee engagement initiatives preferred.
