Job Description PetYosa is building World’s first AI-powered Pet Super App + Smart Collar ecosystem (FitYosa) — a platform that integrates pet health, vet services, grooming, pet boarding, e-commerce, and community into one intelligent ecosystem. We’re looking for a hands-on AI enthusiast & full-stack leader who can own our tech roadmap, lead a passionate engineering team, and build the future of pet tech with us. Requirements As AI Tech Lead, you will: - Lead and Scale the Tech Team: Manage engineers across backend, frontend, AI/ML, and infra, ensuring team performance and delivery - Architect PetAI (our Vertical LLM): Build and optimize AI pipelines — RAG, multi-agent orchestration, fine-tuning, and contextual AI assistants. - Integrate Hardware + AI: Connect FitYosa’s smart collar telemetry (GPS, accelerometer, biometrics) into real-time health insights. - Build Full-Stack Systems: From React/NextJS + Tailwind UIs to Python/Node.js backends, ensure the app and AI features scale to millions of users. - Data Science + Product AI: Run predictive health analytics, anomaly detection, personalization, and build pipelines that turn data into actionable insights. - Drive Smart Work Culture: Evangelize AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, automation scripts, Lovable, etc.) so the team works smarter, not harder. - Collaborate with Founders: Translate business vision into scalable, cost-efficient, AI-driven systems. What We’re Looking For (Must-Have Skills) Core Tech - Frontend: React/NextJS, TailwindCSS, TensorFlow.js (in-browser ML). - Backend: Python, Node.js, FastAPI, REST, GraphQL. - AI/ML: PyTorch/TensorFlow, LLM fine-tuning, embeddings, multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines. - Data Science: Time-series modelling, anomaly detection, clustering, predictive analytics. - Infra/DevOps: GCP/AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, infra observability, data pipelines. - iOS (Swift/Objective-C) - Android (Kotlin/Java) Leadership & Execution: - 4–6 years of experience with real product launches (preferably in a startup / fast-scaling environment). - Proven ability to lead a 5–10 member engineering team (mentorship + accountability). - Strong track record of shipping AI-first products from prototype → production. - Obsessed with cost, latency, and scale trade-offs in AI. - Comfortable with chaos — knows when to hack, when to lay foundations. Bonus Points: - Experience with IoT + AI fusion (wearables, health devices, or telemetry systems). - Published work, open-source contributions, or AI hackathon wins. - Strong interest in pets, animal welfare, or consumer health tech. - Can demo something they built end-to-end, not just talk about it.
