MS Group is a leading and expanding organization in the Hybrid Seed and Agri Business sector, working across seed production, procurement, processing, trading, and distribution. We operate multiple companies and are strengthening our Group Finance & Financial Governance to ensure strong financial discipline, high-quality reporting, cash flow stability, and sustainable business performance. Role: We are hiring a highly experienced Accountants who are experienced in Tally ERP Accounting & Microsoft Business Central Accounting Software Key Responsibilities: - Manage full accounting operations for 4 MS Group companies on Tally ERP / Tally Cloud and Microsoft Business Central Accounting Software. - Maintain ledgers, journal entries, narrations, and ensure proper grouping of accounts. - Create and manage sales & purchase invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and branch stock transfers. - Perform stock & inventory accounting specifically tailored to the seed business lifecycle (procurement → processing → bagging → dispatch → returns). - Prepare and update NRV (Net Realizable Value) sheets in Excel and correctly incorporate NRV adjustments into Tally ledgers & stock valuation. - Track, verify, and map dealer payment confirmations collected via WhatsApp, UPI/bank statements, etc., accurately to respective dealer accounts. - Prepare dealer reconciliation statements, manage schemes, discounts, pending credits, and outstanding reports. - Handle bank reconciliations, inter-company & branch accounting, adjustments, and contra entries. - Generate Balance Sheets, P&L statements, MIS reports, month-end closures, and management summaries. - Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS filings, returns, and support internal/external audits. - Coordinate with banks, suppliers, dealers, CA firm, and internal operational teams. Required Skills & Experience: - Minimum 5+ years demonstrated experience in Accounting (Seed / Agri Input Industry experience strongly preferred). - Expert-level proficiency in Tally ERP Cloud & Microsoft Business Central Accounting Software Deep understanding of: - Stock & warehouse movement accounting in seeds - GST/TDS compliance & reporting - Dealer outstanding & credit settlement workflows - NRV valuation & financial impact recording - Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivots, Filters, Data cleanup, etc.) - Knowledge of Microsoft Business Accounting systems is an added advantage. - Ability to work independently with high accuracy and professional discipline.
