Job Description MS Group is a leading and expanding organization in theHybrid Seed and Agri Business sector, working across seed production, procurement, processing, trading, and distribution. We operate multiple companies and are strengthening ourGroup Finance & Financial Governanceto ensure strong financial discipline, high-quality reporting, cash flow stability, and sustainable business performance. Role: We are hiring ahighly experienced Accountants who are experienced in Tally ERP Accounting & Microsoft Business Central Accounting Software Key Responsibilities: - Managefull accounting operationsfor4 MS Group companiesonTally ERP / Tally Cloud and Microsoft Business Central Accounting Software. - Maintainledgers, journal entries, narrations, and ensure proper grouping of accounts. - Create and managesales & purchase invoices,credit notes,debit notes, andbranch stock transfers. - Performstock & inventory accountingspecifically tailored to theseed business lifecycle(procurement processing bagging dispatch returns). - Prepare and updateNRV (Net Realizable Value)sheets inExceland correctly incorporate NRV adjustments intoTally ledgers & stock valuation. - Track, verify, andmap dealer payment confirmationscollected viaWhatsApp, UPI/bank statements, etc., accurately to respective dealer accounts. - Preparedealer reconciliation statements, manageschemes, discounts, pending credits, and outstanding reports. - Handlebank reconciliations, inter-company & branch accounting, adjustments, and contra entries. - GenerateBalance Sheets, P&L statements, MIS reports, month-end closures, and management summaries. - Ensure timely and accurateGST, TDS filings, returns, and support internal/externalaudits. - Coordinate withbanks, suppliers, dealers, CA firm, and internal operational teams. Required Skills & Experience: - Minimum 5+ years demonstrated experienceinAccounting(Seed / Agri Input Industry experience strongly preferred). - Expert-level proficiency in Tally ERP Cloud & Microsoft Business Central Accounting Software Deep understanding of: - Stock & warehouse movement accounting in seeds - GST/TDS compliance & reporting - Dealer outstanding & credit settlement workflows - NRV valuation & financial impact recording - Strong Excel skills(VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivots, Filters, Data cleanup, etc.) - Knowledge ofMicrosoft Business Accounting systemsis an added advantage. - Ability to work independently with high accuracy and professional discipline.
