Job Description Job Title : Python Lead (Mandatory skills Python with Linux and Kubernetes). Location : Bangalore (Work from Office). Experience : 6+ years (Lead level). Key Responsibilities - Lead and mentor a team of Python developers. - Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend systems using Python. - Manage deployments and performance tuning in Linux environments. - Work on Kubernetes clusters for application deployment, scaling, and monitoring. - Collaborate with DevOps and cloud teams to ensure high availability and reliability. - Drive best practices in coding, architecture, and security. Required Skills - Strong expertise in Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI). - Solid experience in Linux administration. - Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes (K8s) - deployment, scaling, troubleshooting. - Good knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Git. - Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
