Responsibilities - Assist organisers and venues in getting onboarded smoothly on SortMyScene - Be highly active on WhatsApp groups to respond to queries in real time - Provide support for feature-related assistance - Coordinate between internal teams & clients to ensure smooth operations - Maintain client relationships and ensure quick, effective resolutions - Guide clients on how to use dashboard features, tracking tools, and workflows Qualifications - Strong communication skills — clear, polite, and confident across WhatsApp, Instagram, and Email - Ability to handle multiple conversations and clients simultaneously without missing details - Highly proactive and responsive — someone who reacts fast and takes initiative - Comfortable managing WhatsApp groups and customer-facing chats - Basic tech-savvy skills, especially understanding online dashboards, tools, and simple troubleshooting - Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks during peak hours - Patience, problem-solving attitude, and ability to stay calm with stressed clients - Past experience in customer support, client servicing, or community management is a plus (not mandatory) - Fluent in English - Must be comfortable with an on-site role and being active during evenings/weekend peak times
