Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative based in Goregaon, Mumbai. The role involves delivering exceptional customer support by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, troubleshooting technical problems, and maintaining clear and effective communication with clients. The role will focus on delivering quality service to help customers efficiently utilize Volody's Contract Lifecycle Management solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support and resolving customer inquiries promptly
  • Freshers or recent graduates can apply
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication skills to provide clear and concise information to clients
  • Ability to perform effective Troubleshooting to address and resolve technical issues
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in software or SaaS-based customer support roles is an advantage
  • Basic understanding of contract management or legal processes will be considered a plus
