📍 Location: Faridabad, Haryana 🏢 Company: Supreme Fabricators & Engineers (SFE) 💼 Experience: 2–5 years 🧾 Employment Type: Full-time (On-site) 💰 Compensation: ₹3.0–5.0 LPA About Us At Supreme Fabricators & Engineers, we specialize in the design, engineering, fabrication, and erection of heavy steel structures, process equipment, and material handling systems for leading industries — including power, infrastructure, petrochemical, and process plants. Role Overview We’re looking for a dynamic Sales & BD Executive who can help us grow our client base and strengthen our market presence in industrial fabrication and project-based manufacturing. This role involves both business development and client coordination — ideal for someone who understands engineering/fabrication work and is motivated by results. Key Responsibilities - Identify and approach potential clients in power, process, infrastructure, and engineering sectors. - Generate and follow up on inquiries for fabrication, structures, and process equipment. - Support in preparing offers, quotations, and client presentations. - Coordinate with internal teams for order status, inspection schedules, and dispatch updates. - Maintain records of client communication and project progress. Desired Profile - Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering OR Graduate with experience in technical sales. - 2–5 years of experience in fabrication / EPC / industrial product marketing preferred. - Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Basic understanding of fabrication drawings, BOQs, and project terms will be an advantage. - Self-motivated with ability to independently generate business leads.
