Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager- MEP to join our growing team. This is a site-based role where you will work closely with the Project Manager to oversee the complete project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and client satisfaction. You will be the key liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams while maintaining the highest standards of project delivery. Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management & Execution Support the Project Manager in overseeing projects from initiation through completion Monitor project timelines, budgets, and scope to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery Coordinate with Sub vendors to ensure optimal resource allocation Implement risk management strategies to minimize project disruptions Prepare and present weekly progress reports to stakeholders Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, vendors, and design professionals. Coordinate between internal teams, third-party vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.. Direct on-site installation teams to execute work safely according to design specifications Mentor junior staff and support their professional development Quality & Compliance Ensure all work meets company quality standards and design specifications Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records Conduct regular site inspections and quality assessments Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements Required QualificationsEducation & Certifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Experience 4-6 years of hands-on experience in corporate interior fitout services.. Proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drawings and plan reviews Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies Knowledge of testing, Commissioning & system integrations.
