This position is ideal for a candidate with excellent communication skills who can work methodically and accurately, taking corrective measures to ensure our content is polished and error-free. What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities - Closely monitor and examine each stage of the entire production process to ensure accuracy and consistency. - Proofread and segregate posts in accordance with our written quality procedures. - Ensure that all team members follow documented procedures and standards to maintain high-quality output. - Decline posts that are poor in quality, provide constructive feedback to the responsible team members, and ensure that all errors are rectified. - Interact effectively with colleagues and leadership to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. - Maintain and ensure the overall quality of the website and its content. What You Will Bring: Qualifications Education: - A BA or MA in English Literature. - A BA or MA in Mass Communications. Skills & Attributes: - A high level of attention to detail and a methodical approach to work. - An obsession with perfectionism and a passion for excellence. - Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills. - The ability to work collaboratively and provide constructive feedback. - A professional demeanor and commitment to quality.
