Recycling Industry Position - Manufacturing Head Qualification - B Tech Mechanical Electrical Experience Min 15 years Machine Shop Automobile Industry E-Water Water Treatment Equipment Industry Salary - Upto 20 LPA CTC Location Alwar Role Overview The Manufacturing Head will be responsible for leading and managing the complete plant manufacturing operations ensuring high productivity robust machine uptime quality output and safety compliance The role demands strong experience in plant maintenance machine management and shop floor operations with an additional advantage for candidates experienced in Manufacturing Engineering and process improvement Key Responsibilities A Production Shop Floor Management Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across all production lines Daily monitoring of production output cycle times OEE and efficiency levels Plan and allocate manpower effectively across shifts Ensure 5S Kaizen Lean practices and continuous improvement initiatives B Machine Maintenance Reliability Oversee preventive predictive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery Ensure high uptime and reliability of CNC VMC lathe machining centres injection moulding or other relevant equipment Implement maintenance SOPs asset management systems and spare parts planning Evaluate machine condition and recommend replacement capacity expansion C Process Engineering Improvement Improve manufacturing processes for cycle time reduction and quality improvement Work with design engineering to optimise manufacturability Lead automation initiatives jigs fixtures development and line balancing D Quality Compliance Ensure adherence to quality standards ISO TS Industry Specific Drive root cause analysis RCA and corrective preventive action CAPA Monitor rejection rework and implement reduction strategies E Team Leadership People Management Lead production maintenance and engineering teams Provide training skill upgrading and performance management Build a strong shop-floor culture of discipline ownership and safety F Safety Statutory Compliance Ensure adherence to safety norms and statutory requirements Conduct regular safety drills risk assessments and compliance audits G Strategic Financial Contribution Develop annual manufacturing budgets Optimise cost energy consumption machine utilisation and resources Support capacity expansion new product introduction and long-term manufacturing roadmap 3 Desired Candidate Profile Technical Competencies Strong hands-on experience in plant machine maintenance CNC VMC machine handling utilities compressors DG boilers if applicable Deep understanding of shop floor management production planning workflow optimisation and manpower handling Knowledge of TPM Lean Manufacturing Kaizen 5S and quality management systems Exposure to Manufacturing Engineering automation jigs fixtures development is a plus Industry Experience Candidates from the following sectors will be preferred Machine Shops CNC precision machining Automobile Auto-component manufacturing E-water RO UF water treatment equipment manufacturing Leadership Skills Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities Ability to lead cross-functional teams High level of ownership discipline safety mindset and result orientation 5 Reporting Structure Position reports to Plant Head Operations Head Director as applicable Direct Reports Production Supervisors Maintenance Engineers Manufacturing Engineering if applicable Coordinate With DCS Group 6375367126 Call whatsApp Calling Time - 11 00 AM to 6 00 PM WhatsApp Timing - 9 00 AM to 8 00 PM Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 2 000 000 00 - 2 200 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Application Question s How Many Years of experience do you have plant maintenance machine management and shop floor operations in manufacturing industry Education Bachelor s Required Experience plant maintenance machine mngmt shop floor operations 10 years Required Machine Shop 10 years Required Manufacturing Engineering and process improvement 10 years Required Work Location In person
