With a strong commitment to engineering excellence and timely project execution, the company is expanding its leadership team for upcoming infrastructure projects in North India. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of infrastructure development projects (roads, bridges, utilities, or civil structures). - Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project approvals and compliance. - Prepare and review project estimates, budgets, DPRs, BOQs, and technical documentation. - Ensure adherence to safety, quality standards, and statutory regulations across all project sites. - Supervise site operations, track progress, and resolve technical or operational challenges. - Manage vendor negotiations, material procurement, and contract administration. - Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure timely delivery of milestones. - Lead cross-functional project teams and mentor junior engineers and supervisors. - Provide regular MIS reports and project updates to management. Required Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. - 7+ years of experience in infrastructure project execution or project management. - Proven expertise in handling government or large-scale EPC projects. - Strong knowledge of project planning tools (MS Project / Primavera) and quality standards. - Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Familiarity with regulatory approvals, tendering, and contract laws. Preferred Background: - Experience in road/highway, drainage, or public infrastructure projects. - Exposure to Smart City / Urban Infrastructure / PMGSY / NHAI / PWD projects. - Ability to travel and handle on-site responsibilities across multiple locations.
