With a strong commitment to engineering excellence and timely project execution, the company is expanding its leadership team for upcoming infrastructure projects in North India.Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of infrastructure development projects (roads, bridges, utilities, or civil structures).- Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project approvals and compliance.- Prepare and review project estimates, budgets, DPRs, BOQs, and technical documentation.- Ensure adherence to safety, quality standards, and statutory regulations across all project sites.- Supervise site operations, track progress, and resolve technical or operational challenges.- Manage vendor negotiations, material procurement, and contract administration.- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure timely delivery of milestones.- Lead cross-functional project teams and mentor junior engineers and supervisors.- Provide regular MIS reports and project updates to management.Required Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.- 7+ years of experience in infrastructure project execution or project management.- Proven expertise in handling government or large-scale EPC projects.- Strong knowledge of project planning tools (MS Project / Primavera) and quality standards.- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.- Familiarity with regulatory approvals, tendering, and contract laws.Preferred Background:- Experience in road/highway, drainage, or public infrastructure projects.- Exposure to Smart City / Urban Infrastructure / PMGSY / NHAI / PWD projects.- Ability to travel and handle on-site responsibilities across multiple locations.
